Sherylinn Hoang serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of H7 Technologies®, a global leader in UV-C disinfection solutions. She is the driving force, creative mind, and inspiration behind the invention of SUYRA II™ —a groundbreaking UV-C disinfection device that will transform today’s infection prevention practices and potentially prevent future pandemics.
Mrs. Hoang’s extensive background as a nurse, mother, and entrepreneur has fueled her passion for developing innovative technologies. Her journey began as an infection control nurse, where she witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of harmful pathogens on vulnerable populations. Committed to find better solutions for infection prevention, she dedicated years to research and collaborated with leading experts. This resulted in the development of their patented life-saving technology, designed to protect human lives from infectious diseases.
Beyond her role at H7 Technologies®, Mrs. Hoang also holds the position of Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Acrylics. As a key figure in this family-owned business, she has contributed to its remarkable success, growth, and prosperity over the past decade.
Arnold Magcale is Interim Chief Technology Officer of H7 Technologies®. As a recognized leader and respected visionary in the technology industry, he specializes in data center infrastructure, high-availability networks, cloud design and Software as a Service (SaaS) Technology.
Mr. Magcale is also the Founder and Chief Scientist of Nautilus Data Technologies, who created the world’s first commercial waterborne data center. While serving on the management team of Exodus Communications, he launched one of Silicon Valley’s first data centers. His background also includes executive positions at Motorola Mobility, where his team deployed the first global Droid devices, and he served as Chief Technology Officer for LinkSource Technologies and The Quantum Capital Fund. He was an early adopter and implementer of Cloud Computing and a member of the team at Danger, Inc., acquired by Microsoft.
Mr. Magcale completed a distinguished ten-year career in the United States Navy Special Forces, where his military and maritime expertise provided the foundation for his extensive success in the technology industry.
Peter Nassab is Chief Advisor to H7 Technologies® and a member of its advisory board. He is the president of NGV Group, an organization focused on international ventures, early stage company development, and business transformation. Peter also serves as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, an advisory board member to Nautilus Data Technologies, and a Strategic Advisor to Energy Internet Corporation.
Mr. Nassab was Vice President and held commercial and operating roles at Raytheon, a $1.5B engineering & construction company; Enron; Hill International; and ConocoPhillips.
Dr. Priscilla Johnson is Technical Advisor to H7 Technologies® and a member of its advisory board. She is a mom, inventor, water resources engineer and educator, with an enduring passion for the environment. As the Former Director of Datacenter Water Strategy for Microsoft Cloud, she led aggressive sustainability initiatives to reduce data center water and crafted Microsoft’s net positive water strategy.
In 2009, she launched ecoBellus, a popular line of eco-friendly, plant-based cleaning products that help protect consumers and aquatic life from harsh cleaning chemicals.
Dr. Johnson holds degrees from New York University (B.S.) in Communications, and Purdue University (M.S. and Ph.D.) in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Water Resources).
Dr. Linden is Technical Advisor and a Technical Advisory Board Member to H7 Technologies®. He is currently a professor of Environmental Engineering and the Mortenson Chair in Sustainable Development at the University of Colorado Boulder. His research investigates advanced and innovative UV systems for inactivation of pathogens and degradation of emerging contaminants, with over 180 publications in this area.
A consultant to the World Health Organization (WHO), Dr. Linden supports the guidelines for Drinking Water Quality and is a member of the WHO Water Quality Technical Advisory Group. He is a founding board member and was 2013-2016 President of the International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA). He also serves as principal scientist for Photobiology at XCMR Inc.
Dr. Linden received the 2013 Pioneer Award in disinfection and public health from WEF, was WateReuse Association’s 2014 Person of the Year, received 2019 Water Research Foundation Dr. Pankaj Parekh Research Innovation Award, and was named the 2020 NWRI/Clarke Prize Laureate.
