Sherylinn Hoang
Sherylinn Hoang is the founder and chief executive officer of H7 Technologies, a leading global innovator in UV-C disinfection technology. She is the driving force, creative mind and inspiration behind the Safe Surya Solution, an innovative line of UV-C disinfection devices that will transform the way we manage and prevent future pandemics.

Sherylinn’s vast experience as a nurse, mother, and entrepreneur fueled her passion to invent cutting-edge technology.

Her vision began during her early career as an infection control nurse. Working directly with elderly residents, she quickly learned how pathogens can cause traumatic outcomes and she began exploring new ways to prevent the spread of dangerous bacteria and viruses. After years of research and collaboration with leading experts, she created the Safe Surya Solution, a life-changing technology to protect human lives from infectious diseases.

In addition to H7 Technologies, Sherylinn is also co-founder and chief financial officer of Advanced Acrylics, a family-owned and operated business that has achieved enormous success, growth, and prosperity for more than a decade.
Arnold Magcale
Arnold Magcale is interim chief technology officer of H7 Technologies. As a recognized leader and respected visionary in the technology industry, he specializes in data center infrastructure, high-availability networks, cloud design and Software as a Service (SaaS) Technology.

Mr. Magcale is also the founder and chief scientist of Nautilus Data Technologies, who created the world’s first commercial waterborne data center. While serving on the management team of Exodus Communications, he launched one of Silicon Valley’s first data centers. His background also includes executive positions at Motorola Mobility, where his team deployed the first global Droid devices, and he served as chief technology officer for LinkSource Technologies and The Quantum Capital Fund. He was an early adopter and implementer of Cloud Computing and a member of the team at Danger, Inc., acquired by Microsoft.

Mr. Magcale completed a distinguished ten-year career in the United States Navy Special Forces, where his military and maritime expertise provided the foundation for his extensive success in the technology industry.
Oscar Jimenez
Oscar Jimenez is general counsel for H7 Technologies. He is an accomplished attorney with over 23 years of experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation with a strong background in contract law, construction law, business and corporate law, and employment law, among other areas.

Mr. Jimenez was most recently a partner in one of the largest law firms in the nation and has also served as outside general counsel to a number of private companies at all stages. He is admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts and has litigated cases all over the state of California and in federal court, representing high-profile clients in numerous multi-million dollar lawsuits.
Peter Nassab
Peter Nassab is chief advisor to H7 Technologies and a member of its advisory board. He is the president of NGV Group, an organization focused on international ventures, early stage company development, and business transformation. Peter also serves as a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company, an advisory board member to Nautilus Data Technologies, and a strategic advisor to Energy Internet Corporation.
Priscilla Johnson
Dr. Priscilla Johnson is technical advisor to H7 Technologies and a member of its advisory board. She is a mom, inventor, water resources engineer and educator, with an enduring passion for the environment. As the former director of Datacenter Water Strategy for Microsoft Cloud, she led aggressive sustainability initiatives to reduce data center water and crafted Microsoft’s net positive water strategy.

She’s also a visionary and entrepreneur. In 2009, she launched ecoBellus, a popular line of eco-friendly, plant-based cleaning products that help protect consumers and aquatic life from harsh cleaning chemicals.

Dr. Johnson holds degrees from New York University (B.S.) in Communications, and Purdue University (M.S. and Ph.D.) in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Water Resources).
Jeff Mitchell
Jeff Mitchell is a Chief Advisor for finance and operations at H7 Technologies. He also currently serves as Chief Integration Officer for Innovations in Nutrition & Wellness (INW), responsible for all newly acquired partnerships. Before joining the INW management team, Jeff was the COO and CFO of INW’s division at Pro-Form Laboratories. His 30-year career experience includes providing financial, operating, and strategic leadership to innovative CPG and Technology companies.

Jeff holds a BS from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. He enjoys traveling with his wife, Renee, and spending time with their four children.
Matt Snead
Matt Snead is a Corporate Development Advisor for H7 Technologies. He’s also currently serving as Director of Business Development for Innovation in Nutrition and Wellness (INW), working across the company to execute strategic initiatives, primarily in finance/accounting, operations and sales. Before joining INW, Matt worked as an Associate for Trust Securities (formerly SunTrust Robinson Humphrey). He was responsible for underwriting and structuring debt financings for leveraged and sponsor-backed transactions, primarily in the middle market.

Matt holds a BA in Finance from Clemson University, where he graduated with honors. An avid Clemson Tigers football fan, Matt lives in Dallas with his wife, Jordan.
Shashank Bhatia
Mr. Bhatia is an intellectual property specialist for H7 Technologies. He is also an entrepreneur-inventor and patent strategy specialist. Shashank has over 15 years of experience in creating, managing, and monetizing high-tech patent portfolios with specialization in semiconductors, software, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, and communications technologies. Shashank has been involved in invention development, patent prosecution strategy, advisory, and cross border licensing. Additionally, Shashank is an expert in witness deposition for patent disputes and has had several successful acquisitions in IP portfolios across industries and platforms.

Shashank studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and Strategic Intellectual Property Management (SIPM) at WIPO Geneva.
Alan David
Mr. David is director of finance for H7 Technologies and a certified public accountant who has served a wide variety of clients in the Silicon Valley area since 1982. Since establishing his business in Milpitas in the heart of Silicon Valley, he is a long-standing member of the local Rotary Club, the Milpitas Chamber of Commerce, and helped establish the Milpitas-Berryessa YMCA.

Mr. David has served on the boards of many non-profit organizations. He has been the recipient of numerous awards including Best Accounting and Tax Practice in Milpitas for ten consecutive years. Alan has extensive experience in conducting certified financial statement audits as well as reviewed statements for large corporations.
Claudio Martinez
Mr. Claudio Martinez is a senior mechanical engineer consultant for H7 Technologies. He is a California Professional Registered Mechanical Engineer. With over 36 years in engineering, his experience involved many industries including Aerospace, medical devices, Solar, Energy Storage, Industrial, and Semiconductor. As a trained 6 Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Martinez has designed large projects such as custom adhesive coating machines, custom steam autoclave for curing EPDM products, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, 30KW energy storage redox battery, and assembly machines for water purification cartridge systems, to mention a few. His design tools consist of ACAD, PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, and Solidworks.

Mr. Martinez is also a Project and Process Engineer. He has conducted Process Control Plans, FMEA and Process Flow activities to aid in process improvement activities.
Dr. Joseph Okpaku, Sr.
Dr. Okpaku, Sr. is technical advisor and a member of the technical advisory board to H7 Technologies. He is a globally acclaimed and highly regarded scholar, strategic development expert, corporate executive, and authority on world affairs and on Africa’s strategic industrial, political, and socio-economic transformation into global competitive capacity.

A renowned author and critic, Dr. Okpaku’s intellectual interests, knowledge, expertise, and accomplishments (like his academic training) span the full spectrum from science and technology, through global and continental strategic development and politics. He holds a B. Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University, an M. Sc. degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University and a Ph. D. in Dramatic Literature and Theatre History, also from Stanford University.

Dr. Joseph Okpaku, Sr. began his career as the founder and publisher of The Third Press, which at the time was the leading Black-owned book publishing company in the United States. He is also the founder, chairman and CEO of Transcontinental Industrial & Energy Development Company, Limited, a company that is dedicated to promoting world-class industrialization, scientific, technical and R&D capacity in the industrial, clean, and sustainable energy in Africa.
Dr. Karl Linden
Dr. Linden is technical advisor and a technical advisory board member to H7 Technologies. He is currently a professor of Environmental Engineering and the Mortenson Chair in Sustainable Development at the University of Colorado Boulder. His research investigates advanced and innovative UV systems for inactivation of pathogens and degradation of emerging contaminants, with over 180 publications in this area.

A consultant to the World Health Organization (WHO), Dr. Linden supports the guidelines for Drinking Water Quality and is a member of the WHO Water Quality Technical Advisory Group. He is a founding board member and was 2013-2016 President of the International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA). He also serves as principal scientist for Photobiology at XCMR Inc.

Dr. Linden received the 2013 Pioneer Award in disinfection and public health from WEF, was WateReuse Association’s 2014 Person of the Year, received 2019 Water Research Foundation Dr. Pankaj Parekh Research Innovation Award, and was named the 2020 NWRI/Clarke Prize Laureate.
